Snacking Addict

I am a snacking addict. Its very easy to be when you're a teacher. You snack at school. There is always a party celebrating something where there is food. Then, you come home at 3 before dinner and snack some more. So, starting tomorrow I am limiting my snack to two a day. I am also limiting myself to what I can snack. Here is my list of apporved snacks in case you want to join me:

- One rice cake with a tbs. of peanut butter

- One apple and 2 tbs of peanut butter.

- A glass of 1% non fat chocolate milk

- A cheese stick

- Handful of almonds

- cucumbers and vinegar

- Banana and a tbs. of Peanut Butter

- One bag of skinnygirl popcorn

Workout Class Challenge!

I'm Challenging you! Pick a work out class or a few and, do it five days a week. The challenge is 90 days! I am picking spin. I have watched one too many movies in which Jennifer Aniston is half naked and, I want her bod. She says thats her secret! So, join the challenge. Comment and share your progress!
